Every dentist will tell you to brush regularly. This is well known. However it is also important to brush your teeth with a soft brush. Too hard a brush can damage the enamel on your teeth and the hard abrasion can give the enamel extra wear. Care for your teeth and brush well and brush often. But use a soft brush that moves the food out and leaves the enamel on!
